We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Tim Hortons location on Baker Drive.
Previous Tim Hortons management experience is a major asset and will be given strong consideration. Candidates with solid restaurant, quick-service, or food-service management experience are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the restaurant team
- Hire, train, coach and develop employees
- Manage scheduling, labour and daily operations
- Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality and cleanliness
- Control food cost, inventory and ordering
- Ensure food safety and Tim Hortons operational standards are consistently met
- Monitor restaurant performance and address issues quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Tim Hortons experience strongly preferred
- Restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage people, costs and day-to-day restaurant operations
Starting wage: $21.00/hour, with a higher hourly rate available based on relevant Tim Hortons and restaurant management experience. Full-time position.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
