Duties
- Perform tire inspections to identify wear, damage, or punctures and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Use hand tools and power tools to mount, dismount, balance, and align tires accurately and efficiently
- Conduct heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely to facilitate repairs and replacements
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including fluid checks and brake inspections
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options, answering questions,
and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate tire products and accessories to meet customer needs
Experience
- Prior dealership experience or automotive mechanic background preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and tire technology
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and safety standards
- Sales experience is a plus, especially in recommending products or services
