Join the Mark Motors Group at Audi Ottawa as a Tire Attendant. In this hands-on role, you will support seasonal tire operations by washing, organizing, transporting, and storing customer tires while helping maintain an efficient and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Tire Handling & Storage

- Wash, clean, and prepare customer tires for seasonal storage.
- Load, unload, and transport tires throughout the dealership and storage areas.
- Retrieve and prepare customer tire sets for scheduled service appointments.
- Inspect tires for visible damage and report concerns to management.

Inventory & Organization
- Organize and accurately label tires to ensure proper inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe tire storage area.

Service Department Support
- Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with tire-related tasks as required.
- Operate tire handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and team members.

Additional Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager or General Manager.

Qualifications

- Previous automotive or tire handling experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy tires on a regular basis.




- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures within storage facilities and service areas.

Vacancy Status: This is a 3-month seasonal contract position to support our busy tire season. The successful candidate will be hired immediately, with the contract scheduled to run through December 31, 2026. There may be an prospect for extension based on performance and business needs.
