Navitas Partners LLC is looking for an experienced Trainer – Intermediate to support the enterprise-wide 1GX ERP training and adoption initiatives.

? Job Title: Trainer – Intermediate

? Location: Edmonton, AB

? Duration: 12 Months

? Employment Type: Contract

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead government-wide 1GX training initiatives and learning needs assessments
- Conduct audience, role, work-context, and requirements analysis
- Develop and maintain instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, multimedia, and performance-support solutions
- Facilitate training for technical and non-technical audiences
- Apply adult learning principles, instructional design, accessibility, and user-centered design practices
- Collaborate with SMEs, business stakeholders, vendors, program leadership, and change networks
- Manage multiple training deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, assessments, performance, and adoption metrics
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior trainers and contributors

? Must-Have Qualifications

✅ University degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field





✅ +2 years of relevant experience; OR a related diploma

✅ +4 years of relevant experience conducting learning needs, audience, role, and work-context analysis

✅ 2+ years of experience designing and developing end-to-end learning solutions

✅ 2+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training

✅ Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, instructional design, and project coordination skills

⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills

- WalkMe or comparable digital adoption platforms
- Articulate 360 / Rise / Captivate / Camtasia / Canva / Vyond / Adobe
- AI-enabled tools for instructional design and content development
- Training evaluation and learning effectiveness measurement
- ERP training experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, 1GX, or comparable enterprise systems
- Experience working with SMEs and reconciling stakeholder feedback
