Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Officer to support our busy back-office team in Toronto. This essential role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-volume transaction processing, improve operational efficiency, and gain exposure to various financial systems, paving the way for potential long-term growth.

In this role, you will review and process transactions, ensure accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with internal partners to maintain service excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience with a focus on operational support
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including macro development
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated business maturity and sound judgment, especially when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)





Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with global financial platforms such as Global and WSS systems
- Prior exposure to trade processing, cash products, or related financial instruments
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with a desire to learn and grow
