- Instruct and evaluate safety training courses both virtually and in-person
- Prepare materials and set up classes according to objectives
- Provide ongoing feedback during safety training certification processes
- Conduct participant record-keeping and course administration
- Promote programs effectively within classroom settings
Requirements:
- Education or experience in occupational health and safety
- Proven experience teaching adults, preferably with formal training
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and practices
- Strong skills in communication and technology
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in agile settings
