As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play an key role in helping patients understand and feel confident about their recommended treatment. You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to coordinate care, explain treatment plans and financial options, answer patient questions, and ensure a seamless experience from consultation through treatment. Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, and assist with payment plans Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high‑quality care Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions Previous Dental Assisting experience is required Knowledge and understanding of dental treatment plans and ability to educate patients is required Experience with dental software programs is required Strong customer service experience We are committed to building a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities and patients we serve.
