Now Hiring: Turret Press Machine Operator A manufacturing company in Mississauga is seeking an experienced operator to set up, program, and operate turret press machinery, specializing in our 2003 Strippit LVD turret with CNC control.
Key Responsibilities
- Set Up: Select and load tooling, dies, and raw sheet metal according to blueprints.
- Program: Input, edit, and run CNC programs for combination turret operations.
- Operate: Monitor production runs, adjust parameters, and inspect parts for quality.
- Maintain: Perform basic troubleshooting and daily preventive maintenance on the machine.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating, setting up, and programming CNC turret presses (Strippit LVD experience preferred).
- Proficiency with CNC control panels and reading technical blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Cadman Software Knowledge
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
