We are looking for a hands-on UiPath Test Automation Lead to drive automation strategy and lead testing efforts for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in UiPath test automation, along with the ability to lead and mentor teams while actively contributing to automation development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end test automation initiatives using UiPath
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
- Actively contribute as a hands-on automation engineer
- Manage and guide QA teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
- Integrate automation within CI/CD pipelines
- Identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage
- Ensure high-quality releases through efficient testing strategies
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with UiPath Test Automation
- Proven experience as a Test Lead / Automation Lead
- Hands-on expertise in building automation frameworks
- Experience with RPA testing and validation
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- UiPath certifications (preferred)
- Experience in enterprise-scale automation projects
- Exposure to API testing and performance testing
