Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us Key responsibilities (text) - Promote Risk & Compliance awareness and support leaders in making risk-informed business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with unit leaders, co-workers, authorities, and external partners to drive a culture of compliance and risk management.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams in implementing Ingka Rules and local legislation to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment.
- Conduct investigations, compliance reviews, and training to identify, assess, and mitigate business risks.
- Coordinate the Unit Crisis Management Team and ensure emergency response plans, training, and protocols are effectively maintained.
- Act as the key contact for Risk & Compliance matters with authorities and regulatory bodies, where applicable.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective risk mitigation through strong governance and collaboration.
- Coach and develop stakeholders to strengthen compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.
