This role will own the complete User & Endpoint Migration workstream while overseeing delivery by a third-party implementation partner. The successful candidate will coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, change and communications resources, service desk functions, and vendor teams to ensure users and devices transition successfully with minimal operational disruption.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Own the end-user and endpoint migration strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery plan.
- Lead migration-wave planning, scheduling, deployment readiness, and go/no-go coordination.
- Oversee the implementation partner’s milestones, resource plans, dependencies, deliverables, and contractual commitments.
- Coordinate user, device, identity, Microsoft 365, and workplace technology migration activities.
- Align migration sequencing with application readiness, technical dependencies, and business priorities.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational change management, and business-readiness activities.
- Prepare support teams and service-desk functions for each migration wave.
- Establish hypercare, incident-management, escalation, and post-migration stabilization processes.
- Manage migration risks,



blackout periods, user impacts, and potential business disruptions.
- Provide executive-level reporting, decision support, issue escalation, and recommendations.

What You Bring

- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale end-user and endpoint migrations in a complex enterprise environment.
- Robust project leadership experience involving Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 .
- Experience delivering workplace technology, device-deployment, or digital workplace transformation programs.
- Proven ability to govern third-party implementation partners and hold vendors accountable for delivery.
- Strong migration-wave planning, deployment-readiness, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization experience.
- Experience leading organizational change management, business readiness, and user communications.
- Ability to coordinate across business teams, technical stakeholders, vendors, service desk, and executive leadership.
- Strong risk management, executive communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Calgary.
