The Bell-Valet team demonstrates a daily commitment to excellence by providing professional and memorable experiences that put people first. The successful candidate for this role must be available for a wide variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Availability: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Welcoming the guest upon arrival.
- Assisting guests with baggage.
- Parking and retrieving guest vehicles.
- Assist guests with luggage to and from room/vehicle.
- Working with Guest Services team to ensure a positive and efficient guest experience.
- Identifying guest needs and proactively working to handle all guest requests.
- Ensuring that the guest's expectations are met by delivering quality guest service in a prompt and professional manner while recognizing that each guest is unique.
- Contributing to the teamwork atmosphere within the hotel and to the ongoing improvement in the delivery of quality service at the Front Desk, At Your Service and Concierge Departments.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Previous hotel experience in a similar position is an asset.
- Commitment to superior customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to practice and maintain consistent key standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Victoria/Vancouver and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift, push,



or pull up to 50lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work a range of hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid BC Driver's license with the ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles.
