Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment to execute repairs efficiently and accurately
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and repair guides to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Conduct welding and assembly tasks as needed to restore or enhance vehicle components
- Lift heavy parts or equipment safely during maintenance procedures to ensure proper handling and safety compliance
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders,



and inspection reports to ensure transparency and accountability

Requirements

- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience demonstrating mechanical knowledge and technical skills
- Hands-on experience with welding, schematics interpretation, and assembly processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques required for vehicle repairs
- Strong understanding of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical components
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude toward clients and colleagues
- Valid mechanic certification or equivalent experience; dealership experience is highly preferred
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay current with industry advancements
