We are seeking a transformational Product and Technology Executive to shape the future of virtual care.

This role serves as the Senior Technology Leader responsible for transforming product strategy, software engineering, platform modernization, AI-enabled innovation, and digital healthcare experiences. While overseeing critical corporate technology functions, the primary mandate is accelerating product innovation, improving delivery velocity, and building world-class engineering capabilities.

Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in Downtown, Toronto

Emp. Type: permanent fulltime

Annual Base Salary: 200k pa base

Must-Have Requirements / Experience

- Multinational Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a senior product and technology leader within a multinational organization, with a strong understanding of international business operations and cross-border technology delivery.
- Healthcare / Virtual Care Experience: Significant experience in healthcare technology, digital health, virtual care, health platforms, member/patient experiences, or related regulated industries.
- Product & Business Strategy: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategy and business strategy , translating organizational objectives into a clear product roadmap and measurable business outcomes.



Proven track record of building and scaling creative digital products and platforms that deliver meaningful customer, member, patient, and business value.
- Technology Transformation: Experience leading large-scale technology transformation, including platform modernization, cloud adoption, architecture evolution, technical debt reduction, and modernization of legacy systems .
- AI Strategy & Enablement: Strong understanding of AI, generative AI, machine learning, and AI-enabled products , with the vision and leadership capability to introduce and scale AI across an organization that is currently at an early stage of AI adoption.
- P&L;, Budget & Cost Management: Experience owning and managing significant technology budgets, operational costs, resource allocation, and investment decisions, with strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Canadian Operations Leadership: Ability to lead the Canadian technology organization and oversee operational performance, costs, budgets, talent, delivery, and strategic priorities.
- Executive & Steering Committee Experience: Proven ability to operate at the executive level and effectively engage with Senior Leadership Teams, Executive Committees, Boards, and Steering Committees , providing clear recommendations and technology/business insights.
