Working Schedule: Flexible, with no fixed working hours. The successful candidate will coordinate filming schedules with one other colleague. As this is a new project, we are open to discussing the production schedule and workflow.

Career Opportunity

We are looking for a Video Producer to join our team and take ownership of the filming and editing of our video content.

This is a newly created role supporting a new content project at Terminal Group. As the project develops, we are open to discussing the content volume, production schedule, and overall workflow based on the project's needs and the candidate's experience.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys being behind the camera and turning real-world experiences into engaging content. You will work closely with our team to produce a variety of educational, lifestyle, promotional, and behind-the-scenes videos related to our automotive businesses.

What You Will Do

As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for producing engaging video content that showcases Terminal Group, our automotive businesses, and the experiences we provide. You will handle the video production process from filming through final editing, working closely with the team to deliver creative, informative, and high-quality content.

Key responsibilities include

- Shoot and edit high-quality video content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Produce a variety of content,



including but not limited to educational, lifestyle, promotional, and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Work with team members during filming to capture the required content and footage.
- Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other video production equipment as required.
- Edit footage into polished and engaging videos, including selecting footage, pacing, transitions, music, sound, captions, and basic visual effects.
- Adapt video content into different formats and specifications for various social media platforms.
- Capture vehicles, automotive detailing, daily operations, customer experiences, and other relevant activities as required.
- Manage the video production workflow from filming through editing and final delivery.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, project files, and completed content.
- Coordinate shooting schedules with the team to ensure filming is completed efficiently and content is delivered on time.
- Stay familiar with current social media video trends, formats, and editing styles to maintain relevant and engaging content.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

- Academic qualifications are not the primary consideration. We value practical skills, relevant experience, creativity, and demonstrated ability.
- Strong understanding of Canadian and North American social media trends, including how short-form video content is created, presented,



and consumed.
- Good understanding of social media content formats, trends, and audience engagement.
- Previous experience in video production, including video shooting and editing.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video production work is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of or genuine interest in automotive and car culture is considered a robust asset.
- Strong understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, and visual presentation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Chinese language skills are considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
