Cape Breton Highlands National Park of Canada(Nova Scotia),Cheticamp(Nova Scotia),Ingonish Beach(Nova Scotia) 22.33 to $24.30 per hour-Salary under review Open to persons employed or residing in Ingonish, Nova Scotia or Cheticamp, Nova Scotia and within a 110 kilometre radius of Baddeck, Nova Scotia who have a legal status to work in Canada. Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or work permit.Cleaning and maintaining visitor/public buildings/facilities; Conduct general cleaning around buildings, grounds, public-use areas such as visitor centers, campgrounds, beach areas and walkways; Maintain / restock inventory of cleaning and toiletry supplies; Facility Attendants typically work in a team during the peak season, however, those that work earlier or later in the season may have some more independent work. We are currently seeking passionate and visitor-focused team members who will work with others to provide awesome opportunities to visitors at the Cape Breton Highlands National Park.

Reliability
Status security clearance - Obtain and maintain Reliability Status security clearance.Maintenance of a valid class 5 Nova Scotia Driver’s License, or other provincial equivalency.Required to work irregular hours, overtime, weekends and/or statutory holidays and provincial/territorial holidays, when required.Required to work and/or travel in diverse terrain, weather conditions, and isolated locations and by various means of transportation.Personal Suitability:Makes decisions based on health and safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.Identifies basic problems and immediate action needed.Language requirements (essential for the job) Be exposed to minor injury when performing cleaning and minor maintenance activities. Be willing to take training and update certification as required by the employer.
