Warehouse Coordinator-Mississauga, Ontario

Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm (with a 1 hour lunch)

Pay rate: $22 - $ 24 per hour

Position is temporary - immediate opening now until the end of January (5 months) (May go longer, but no guarantee)

Summary of the Warehouse Coordinator

- General warehouse duties, including order picking, packing, wrapping, labeling Loading and unloading trucks
- Operate hand pump truck
- Receive and process warehouse stock products - unpack, put away, tag, report discrepancies, damage, etc. regularly required to use simple hand tools to open and close crates
- Maintains logs as needed to support company record keeping requirements
- Scans and files paperwork
- Maintains a clean and safe working setting (includes sweeping, tidying, putting garbage in dumpster, etc.)
- Cycle counting and other inventory related tasks

Other duties as required

- Must be permitted to work in Ontario
- Good communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and work as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Email, Excel)




- Experience working in a warehouse or production setting
- Required to bring their own CSA approved safety shoes (we provide safety glasses and other PPE as needed)
- Regularly are required to walk, stand for long periods of time, stoop, crouch frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Preferred:

- Current forklift certificate
- SAP experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
