Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management systems, and logistics coordination. This role is vital in maintaining seamless transportation, procurement, and materials management to support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping & receiving, order picking, and packaging to meet team's job demands.

- Manage procurement processes and sourcing strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.

- Oversee freight logistics, including 3PL providers and freight scheduling to ensure timely delivery.

- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and safety standards.

- Conduct data analysis related to inventory levels, pricing strategies

- Manage materials management activities using Odoo System tools for maintenance scheduling and tracking.

- Order pick up an delivery of boxes, packaging, order picking, and shipping logistics





- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure optimal sourcing of supplies and materials.

Requirements

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or supply chain management.

- Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), Odoo ERP systems, and transportation management systems.

- Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, freight logistics

- Excellent data analysis skills for demand planning, pricing analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

- Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and materials management.

- Experience with Odoo ERP software is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process optimization.

- Effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
