What We Need: Warehouse Manager We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and strengthen our warehouse operations as we continue to grow and evolve. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations while building the systems, processes, and structure needed to support long-term scalability.

A hands-on leader who can balance daily operations with process improvement with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A systems thinker who can build structure and discipline in the warehouse. Someone who is comfortable leading through change and growth.

A key focus of this role will be supporting the successful implementation of our ERP system (go-live early 2027) and driving improvements in inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and overall warehouse performance.

play a key role in a major system implementation, and build a strong operational foundation for the future.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Process & Systems Development
- Support ERP implementation and ensure solid system adoption across the warehouse
- Develop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and scalability

Inventory Control
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process discipline
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with a root-cause approach

Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff
- Set clear expectations and maintain performance standards

Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve layout, workflows, and productivity
- Implement practical solutions that enhance operational performance

Required Experience/Skills

- 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role (Supervisor or Manager level)
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
- Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational results

Beneficial Skills

- Familiarity with Vertical Lift Module (VLM), Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Order Pickers and Reach Trucks [DS2] for picking products from higher up on our racks (up to 20’)
- Forklift experience (we rarely use ours)

Pay: $74,880.00-$89,440.00 per year
