In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods. Responsibilities

- Coordinate the shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance of inventories for materials, parts, and finished products.
- Process purchasing transactions and coordinate dispatching, transportation scheduling, and other logistics-related activities.
- Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operational logistics, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
- Resolve work-related issues and prepare and submit progress, inventory, and operational reports.
- Coordinate activities with other supply-chain teams, departments, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular product inspections in accordance with established methods, standards, and procedures.
- Package individual products for private-label orders, including applying labels accurately and ensuring products meet packaging requirements.




- Requisition and maintain adequate supplies and materials to support daily operations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory management activities.
- Verify, allocate, and post customer order details accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines as posted or communicated.
- Promptly report accidents, incidents, hazards, and other safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution operations.
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting safely and efficiently during order picking and load/unload tasks.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.+
- English and Spanish preferred
