Watson Enterprises Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized Warehouse Picker / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Richmond, BC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and preparing customer orders, moving products within the warehouse, and assisting with general warehouse operations. We are looking for someone who is physically fit, works efficiently, and pays attention to accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and organize products within the warehouse
- Verify product quantities and ensure orders are picked correctly
- Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work area
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment as required
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and other general warehouse duties
- Work cooperatively with warehouse supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to perform warehouse work throughout the shift
- Able to lift and move products weighing up to 30 lbs (approximately 14 kg)
- Hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn
- Able to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience operating a forklift is required
- Experience operating an automated forklift or other automated warehouse equipment is an asset
- Able to communicate in basic English
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an asset
- Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is preferred
