Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wash & Fold Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing laundry orders by washing, drying, folding, and organizing garments with precision and care. Your energetic approach will ensure our customers receive high-quality service promptly, contributing to a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

- Collect and organize laundry items from customers or designated areas with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers and dryers safely and effectively
- Ensure all garments are washed according to specified care instructions and quality standards
- Fold and organize laundry items neatly to meet presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including laundry stations and storage spaces
- Verify completed orders for accuracy before packaging or delivery
- Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and equipment maintenance





Requirements

- Previous experience in hotel laundry services, cleaning, or related hospitality roles is preferred
- Knowledge of laundry procedures, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stain removal techniques
- Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and efficiency
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
