Immediate Start! We are seeking an Experienced Underground Foreman's, #1 Pipelayers & Topman to join our team for FULL YEAR work . The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the foreman , training lesser skilled employees , install all types of deep service pipes and manholes.
Duties
- Understand grade stake cut/fills and geodetic elevations, Install materials to manufacturer and municipalities guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain crew efficiency and utilization
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly
Skills
- Proficient with installing deep service materials
- Experience in commercial projects is preferred.
- Ability to follow supervisor direction efficiently in various conditions.
- Positive attitude and prompt attendance
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members in office.
- A commitment to safety standards and practices in all operations.
