Magnus is looking for a Web Marketing Advisor, SEO & GEO who will become the go-to Web expert within our marketing team.

Your key mandate: take ownership of the complete redesign of our website, from audit through launch and continuous optimization. But your role will go well beyond the website: you will help structure and evolve our entire digital ecosystem to improve our visibility, performance and ability to generate business opportunities.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will define approaches, advise and challenge the team, while also working directly in the platforms to turn your recommendations into action.

You will work closely with our Marketing Director, Marketing Project Manager and Multimedia Content Creator, as well as various internal and external resources.

Your role

- Take ownership of and continuously evolve our Web ecosystem, becoming the internal go-to person for digital strategies and initiatives.
- Take ownership of and actively execute the complete redesign of the Magnus website, from audit through launch and continuous optimization.
- Build the site architecture, user journeys, pages and conversion points based on personas, markets and business objectives.
- Create, write, optimize and integrate Web content, work directly in the CMS and develop mockups as needed.
- Define, implement and optimize SEO and GEO/AEO strategies to increase Magnus’ visibility and authority across search engines and AI-powered search environments.
- Analyze digital performance and turn data into concrete recommendations and actions to increase qualified traffic, conversions and lead generation.
- Implement and evolve the tracking, KPIs and dashboards needed to measure the Web’s contribution to business objectives.




- Manage and optimize digital acquisition initiatives, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Leverage and connect data from our various platforms, including GA4, websites, social media, Mailchimp, paid campaigns and CRM.
- Further develop our CRM and marketing automation capabilities, including forms, segmentation, nurturing, integrations and lead tracking.
- Optimize email marketing initiatives in Mailchimp based on audiences, objectives and results.
- Identify and integrate new technologies, including AI, to improve how we work and enhance digital performance.

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 5 years of relevant Web marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in SEO and GEO/AEO, with a solid understanding of how search is evolving in the age of AI.
- Strong knowledge of Web analytics, tracking, UX and conversion principles.
- Experience with digital acquisition platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Good understanding of the B2B digital buyer journey and qualified lead generation.
- A hands-on, versatile profile, equally comfortable defining strategy and working directly in platforms to bring it to life.
- Strong autonomy and ownership: you are comfortable challenging, recommending, building and structuring, even when everything is not already in place.
- Excellent analytical, prioritization and execution skills.
- Bilingual in French and English.
