Duties

- Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety are maintained at all times
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing customer orders and payments
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety protocols
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality




- Assist with food handling procedures, including proper storage and preparation techniques to meet health regulations

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with flexibility for various shifts
