Position Summary

We are seeking a Workplace Technology Deployment Engineer to support the deployment and setup of end-user computing infrastructure for new offices, site expansions, technology refreshes, and workplace rollout projects. This position will provision computers, configure workstations and peripherals, deploy standard software, manage equipment logistics, and provide onsite end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provision, configure, image, and deploy Windows computers using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.

- Install and configure workstations, monitors, docking stations, printers, and related peripherals.

- Deploy approved applications, security configurations, and workplace technology standards.

- Coordinate technology setup activities for new offices, site expansions, relocations, and refresh projects.

- Perform desk-side installations and validate that equipment is operational before user handoff.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating-system, connectivity, and peripheral issues.

- Provide day-one and post-deployment support to end users.

- Maintain accurate records of devices, accessories, assignments, and deployment status.

- Support asset receiving, inventory management, staging, transportation, and secure storage.

- Coordinate deployment schedules and logistics with project managers, facilities teams, vendors, and local stakeholders.

- Ensure retired or replaced equipment is properly collected, documented, and processed.

- Create and maintain deployment procedures, checklists, and technical documentation.





- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams and follow them through resolution.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience with endpoint deployment, computer provisioning, or onsite desktop support.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard enterprise applications.

- Experience installing computers, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other workplace equipment.

- Familiarity with software deployment, device configuration, and endpoint-security standards.

- Experience with IT asset management, inventory controls, and deployment logistics.

- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer-service skills.

- Ability to manage multiple deployment activities and meet project deadlines.

- Ability to lift, move, and install standard workplace technology equipment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting office openings, relocations, or large-scale technology refresh projects.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and endpoint-management tools.

- Knowledge of ITIL-based incident, request, and change-management processes.

- Relevant Microsoft, CompTIA, or IT service-management certifications.

Pay: $10,800.00-$11,200.00 per month
