Team Lead - YMCA Location: GTA (Brampton, Mississauga, Downtown Toronto, North York, Vaughan)

Schedule: Thursday-Sunday, September 30th-October 18th, 2026

Salary: $24/hr

About the role

As a Team Lead, you'll be the driving force behind a team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they're equipped, supported, and inspired to help grow visibility and engagement for the YMCA.

Compensation Package: $24/ hr

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of Brand Ambassadors representing the YMCA around the GTA
- Help build awareness and excitement around the YMCA initiatives
- Engage with community members to share information about the YMCA
- Event setup and teardown
- Ensure smooth event operations
- Prompt communication of needs and updates to Account Executive
- Daily reporting and timekeeping

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a team lead position is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Results-oriented with attention to detail
- Comfortable working Thursday to Sunday




- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to all locations is required
- Must be comfortable standing for duration of shift
