This role involves direct intervention with youth, facilitating therapy groups, and effective communication within the treatment team. You’ll also maintain thorough documentation and provide crisis management on various units. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement therapeutic programs for youth
- Maintain appropriate records and statistics
- Confer with the treatment team for comprehensive care
- Lead group activities with patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with safety and anti-discrimination policies Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Child & Youth Care
- Experience in a therapeutic milieu is required
- Familiarity with DBT treatment methods preferred
- Solid communication and organizational skills
