Our client, in Calgary Alberta is looking for experienced Distribution Center Associates to join the team. This is a steady Monday to Friday position, working from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The operation is closed evenings and weekends, so these are your regular hours. You will not be hired for days and then moved to an evening, night or weekend shift later. What you’ll be doing • Receiving inbound shipments and verifying quantities • Inspecting incoming products for damage or discrepancies • Putting away inventory accurately • Picking, packing and staging customer orders • Preparing shipments and completing shipping documentation • Operating pallet jacks and reach lifts where qualified • Assisting with cycle counts and inventory accuracy • Maintaining a clean,



safe and organized warehouse • Working closely with the team to meet daily shipping deadlines • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation The starting wage for this position is $23.00 per hour What we’re looking for • 2+ years of warehouse or distribution centre experience • Solid experience with receiving, picking, packing and shipping • Experience with manual warehouse process or RF scanning equipment, warehouse management software and material handling equipment • A current forklift certification is an asset • Reliable, dependable and team-oriented • Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Calgary’s Foothills Industrial Park.
