As we grow, we're seeking motivated Framer/Labourers to work under our Foreman and drive productivity in the shop. If you have hands-on framing experience and want to take on a physically demanding role, this is the opportunity for you! Position Overview: As a Framer/Labourer, you'll take direction from the Foreman in managing daily operations, be directed with specific tasks to complete, and drive productivity. You’ll work with a small team, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure production stays on schedule. What We’re Looking For: • Experience: Previous work in framing and wall panel manufacturing, or similar role. • Reliability: Ability to work hard consistently and keep tasks on track. • Hands-On: Ready to get involved in physical work. Must be able to lift construction materials.
