The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of clients' homes, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and comfort. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean windows and surfaces Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences Uphold safety standards and ensure the proper use of cleaning products and equipment Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and attentive to client requests Residential, Airbnb, move-in/move-out,



and deep cleaning Skills Proficiency in English Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning preferred Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently Detail oriented Ability to perform laundry tasks accurately and efficiently Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of hospitality standards is advantageous Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Residential cleaning experience preferred (2+ years rewarded with higher starting pay — see Pay above) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Authorization to work in Canada Ability to pass a criminal background check Smartphone with data Able to lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, reach, and perform cleaning duties Comfortable working independently and with a partner Location Vaughan and York Region Compensation & Perks Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour, based on experience, with a formal review (and raise opportunity) at 3 months Mileage reimbursement for travel between client appointments Flexible schedule - full and part time positions available No nights!
