We are looking for serious, motivated, and reliable individuals who are confident speaking with customers over the phone and are comfortable with both customer service and sales. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will communicate directly with current and potential Trader’s Utopia customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Taking and making customer phone calls • Answering questions about Trader’s Utopia and our services • Explaining our trading education and related services clearly • Following up with customers and people who have shown interest in our services • Helping customers understand which services may be appropriate for them • Providing professional customer support • Speaking with potential customers and helping convert interested prospects into clients • Keeping communication friendly, qualified, and organized WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who:



• Is confident speaking on the phone • Has solid communication and people skills • Is comfortable with customer service and sales • Can explain information clearly and simply • Is reliable and professional • Is willing to learn our services and sales process • Is coachable and able to follow instructions • Is motivated and takes the position seriously Previous customer service, call centre, or sales experience is an asset, but applicants who are willing to learn may also be considered.
