At this point in time we are looking to expand our team with a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, who will be able to perform the following Job Duties: - Organize and coordinate the cleaning, painting and repair of rental properties - Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers who maintain lawns and other landscaped areas - Organize the planting and maintenance of trees, lawns, shrubs and hedges - Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports - Requisition supplies and materials - Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units - Train workers in job duties and company policies - Support renters on move-in and move-out days and check the status of the rental unit - May perform the same duties as workers supervised - Provide snow removal services during winter months Job details: - this is a full-time,
