Farm Hand – Row Crop Farming We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and dedicated Farm Hand to join our agricultural operation specializing in row crop farming. This is a full-time, year-round position for a skilled professional who can oversee daily farm operations, operate and maintain modern farm equipment The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in crop cultivation, strong mechanical and welding skills, You are a self-motivated individual who takes pride in your work, can work independently with minimal supervision, and thrives in a quick-paced agricultural workplace. Qualifications Experience in row crop farming. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Welding and mechanical repair experience. Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver's licence with Air Brake (Q) endorsement.



Responsibilities Lead and assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting row crops. Operate tractors, combines, sprayers, seeders, and other farm equipment. Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic repairs. Complete general farm and field work as required. Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation pivot . Follow all farm safety procedures and maintain accurate records as required. Perform other duties related to the farming operation. What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience.
