We're hiring a
Senior Product Manager
to join a rapid-growing Series B technology company building applied AI products.You'll be one of a small number of PMs working directly with the CTO, owning a new AI-driven product line from early discovery and proof-of-concept through launch and deployment.What You'll Do
Own products from
inception through deploymentDefine product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metricsWork closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customersLead development of
AI/LLM-based, document-heavy, data-rich productsTranslate complex customer problems into scalable product solutionsEstablish KPIs and use data to measure product performanceWork directly with enterprise customers throughout discovery, testing, and launchOperate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving startup environmentWhat We're Looking For
5–10 years of Product Management experienceExperience at
growth-stage startupsProven experience taking products from
idea/inception through launch and deploymentStrong
data literacy




and ability to define and understand product metricsComfortable working with complex, data-heavy productsStrong ownership, autonomy, and cross-functional leadershipMust already be authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorshipAble to work
on-site in TorontoStrongly Preferred
Experience managing
AI or LLM-based productsExperience launching products for
enterprise customersBackground in regulated or compliance-heavy industries such as:
