This role requires a professional with five to ten years of experience in a first principle estimating environment. You will work on large multi-discipline projects, applying solid MS Office skills and using estimating tools. Your site experience will help ensure comprehensive and precise estimates based on established procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and execute the estimating scope of work
- Familiarize with estimate plans and schedules
- Deliver accurate estimates following standards and practices
- Calculate direct and indirect costs based on first principles
- Monitor and enhance estimating database regularly
Requirements:
- 5-10 years in first principle estimating
- Experience with large EPCM projects
- Robust MS Office proficiency
- Hands-on site experience with D.F.L and production rates
- Knowledge of EPC/LSTK estimating techniques preferred
