Bayshore is seeking a dedicated Palliative Shift Nurse for the Greater Hamilton and Burlington areas. This role requires expertise in managing complex palliative care needs, while also teaching and delegating tasks to family members and care teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate palliative and end-of-life care
- Provide respite for families and assist with symptom management
- Manage complex health needs such as tracheostomy care
- Teach and delegate care tasks to family and team members
- Maintain high nursing practice standards
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Active CNO registration in good standing
- 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience
- Valid G2 or G Driver’s License
- Palliative care certification strongly preferred
