PMI-SAC seeks a degreed, Gold Seal Certified Construction Manager to act as Owner’s Representative on multiple concurrent restaurant construction projects across Canada, each ranging from $1M to $1.5M. This remote role requires residing in the Calgary, AB area with 75% travel to project sites.
Responsibilities include protecting quality, budget, schedule and compliance, coordinating with architects, designers, GCs, and municipal authorities, and leading close-out and occupancy activities.
