A leading engineering firm is seeking a Human Resources Professional to support operations in Canada and the USA. The right candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of both Canadian and U.S. employment laws. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, recruitment, employee engagement, and advising on benefits. This full-time position is based in Sudbury, ON, or Golden, CO, and offers a market-competitive salary range of CAD 120,000 to 160,000. Remote arrangements may be considered.
