The successful candidate will be expected to manage field service projects, build client relationships, and expand our portfolio of business.AccountabilitiesManage field service projects and provide project status updates to ManagersProvide feedback to Managers on project execution and employee performance onsiteDevelop client relationships through client interface on siteIdentify service opportunities for clients and communicate them to ManagersEnsure all equipment and materials are available for projectsOn site, hands‑on work, as requiredDevelop site strategy and adjust timelinesEnsure leadership safety excellence is demonstrated onsiteResponsible for site quality and document reviewsFollow‑up on deficiency workEnsure documentation is completed and compiledComplete technical reviews and generate reportsSupport invoicing to ensure inclusion of applicable extras for work performedIntegrate junior employees into projects in a safe mannerLead, mentor and develop employeesRequirements3+ years' experience as an Electrical Technologist / Field Technician / Power System Electrician / Electrical EngineerHands‑on field experience commissioning,
