Modern Campus, Canada-based, is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support its Legal Department in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace. You will leverage contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools to drive efficiency, consistency, and speed in contracting processes.

The role reports to the Director, Legal and involves collaboration with Sales and Finance to manage SaaS contracts, amendments, and compliance. Strong communication and post-secondary legal training are essential.
