Key Responsibilities:



• Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC control devices • Install and alter HVAC systems and configurations • Conduct system startups and leak testing • Monitor and inspect building mechanical systems • Resolve urgent service requests in compliance with regulations

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a trade or technology program • Minimum 2 years of HVAC/BMS experience, preferably in healthcare • Valid Class 5 Driver's License • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills • Understanding of HVAC systems and air quality standards
