Ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective team management across multiple business units.You will play a critical role in overseeing rebate activities while collaborating with Finance, Marketing, and other departments. This position focuses on managing a team of Analysts to deliver precise rebate calculations and adhere to established processes. Additionally, you will establish KPIs and drive necessary improvements within the rebate framework.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all rebate calculations and approvals

- Participate in onboarding and recruitment strategiesRequirements:
