You'll improve equipment performance and breakdown recovery, while also leading continuous improvement initiatives. You'll be empowered to think critically, troubleshoot complex problems, and make a direct impact on production efficiency in a highly automated, fast-paced environment.What You'll Be DoingOperate within a multi-skilled team to maintain machinery and minimize production disruptionsTroubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment unique to automotive manufacturingPerform preventative maintenance on automated equipment to achieve uptime and performance targetsWork in a 3-shift rotation at either our Cambridge or Woodstock facility"Everyone supported me when I first started.
