6+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, platform engineering, or senior technical support, preferably within financial services.Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, supporting, and scaling enterprise AI/LLM products such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok.Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform.Strong Python, PowerShell, and automation/scripting skills with understanding of CI/CD practices.Experience with AI security, compliance, access management, SSO/SCIM, audit logging, DLP, and responsible AI policies.Strong experience troubleshooting complex Level 3 engineering issues, incident/problem management, RCA, and platform reliability.Experience integrating M365,
