And that is something to be excited about!Your role and responsibilities:As an IT Application Specialist at Xanadu, you’ll play a key role integrating and administering applications, supporting IT operations and front-line technical support across the organization. You'll be involved in day-to-day troubleshooting, setting up current equipment, managing user access, and helping ensure smooth IT operations.What You’ll Be DoingAdminister and integrate the company's core SaaS and collaboration platforms — identity, communication, documentation, and project-tracking tools.Integrate NetSuite (ERP) with other business applications — building and maintaining data flows between NetSuite and systems such as identity/SSO, procurement, expense, HR,



and reporting tools using NetSuite's REST/SuiteTalk APIs, SuiteScript, and webhooks.Build and maintain integrations between systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth; automate repetitive workflows with light scripting (Python/Bash).Own user lifecycle automation — provisioning, group/role-based access, and deprovisioning — so joiner/mover/leaver changes propagate cleanly across connected systems.Support single sign-on and directory-driven access (SAML/OIDC, SCIM), aligned to least-privilege.Support specialized scientific and engineering applications used across the company, partnering with the teams that depend on them.Provide hands‑on support across our full endpoint fleet: macOS, Linux, and Windows — setup, configuration, troubleshooting, updates, and break/fix.Handle hardware and peripheral support: laptops, displays, docks, conferencing/AV, printers.Run device provisioning for onboarding and offboarding — imaging, enrollment,
