An established financial services firm is seeking a Manager, Finance to join its finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CPA who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment, with exposure to complex investment structures, financial reporting, and strategic business initiatives.About the RoleReporting to senior finance leadership, this role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, fund operations, forecasting, and compliance activities for a diverse portfolio of investments. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.What You'll DoOversee the preparation and review of financial reporting packages, including financial statements prepared under applicable accounting standardsReview fund reporting, performance metrics, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completenessManage capital activities, cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and stakeholder reportingPresent financial analyses and significant transactions to senior leadershipPartner with internal teams and external service providers to support timely and accurate reportingSupport tax reporting, audit activities,



and compliance with regulatory and internal control requirementsAnalyze complex accounting matters and recommend appropriate accounting treatmentsDrive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting processes, controls, and operational workflowsLeverage emerging technologies and AI‐enabled tools to improve efficiency and support data‐driven decision‐makingParticipate in special projects, business initiatives, and ad‐hoc financial analysesWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related disciplineCPA designation is required5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or investment reportingExperience within investment management, private funds, asset management, or financial services is considered an assetStrong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and complex legal or ownership structuresAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial reporting or ERP systemsStrong analytical, problem‐solving, and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead initiatives, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast‐paced environmentExperience using AI‐enabled productivity tools to improve workflows is considered an assetWhy JoinThis is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative finance team within a global organization that values innovation, continuous improvement, and career development.
