The purpose of this position is to provide strategic and operational leadership for the company’s technology and cybersecurity functions. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems while safeguarding organizational data, enabling business continuity, and supporting digital transformation. The incumbent will oversee the technology infrastructure, guide the implementation of governance and security frameworks, lead crossfunctional IT initiatives, and deliver highquality service that meets the evolving needs of employees and the broader organization.ResponsibilitiesImplement and continuously monitor cybersecurity frameworks and incident response plansOversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing initiatives, and routine security auditsManage Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes and toolsEnsure organizational compliance with data protection and privacy regulationsLead disaster recovery and business continuity planning effortsEvaluate emerging technologies to identify potential security risks and recommend safeguardsOversee IT budgeting, cost optimization strategies, and vendor relationshipsMaintain network reliability through proactive uptime and performance monitoringManage software licensing, renewals, and full lifecycle administrationLead IT projects and coordinate work across crossfunctional teamsEstablish and enforce IT governance, policies, and technical standardsProvide leadership, coaching, and professional development for IT team membersCollaborate on IT strategy development and support digital transformation initiativesKey IndicatorsAs part of his/her function,
contribution to the achievement of Global Partner Solution’s objectives for the position of IT Manager is assessed using the following key indicators:Adherence to IT budget and Cost savings achieved through optimization or vendor negotiation% of critical systems with fully updated recovery plans% compliance with regulatory and internal IT standardsZero successful intrusions (or maximum allowable threshold)Average ticket resolution time and tickets resolved within X hours/daysRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5–10 years of experience in an IT leadership or advanced technical role, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex systems and environments.Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and developing highperforming technical teams.Strong technical expertise, including:Proficiency in modern programming languages and scripting tools.Advanced knowledge of operating systems, including MS Exchange, Active Directory, and Windowsbased environments.Handson experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance across diverse infrastructure components.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices, with the ability to apply them across infrastructure, applications, and governance environments.Relevant Microsoft or cloud technology certification, demonstrating uptodate expertise in modern cloud ecosystems.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Business Central, Dynamics ATS, and related administration tools.Demonstrated capability to manage and support businesscritical systems, ensuring stable operations, secure configurations, and efficient administration.Bilingual proficiency in French and English,
