- Assess client barriers to effective functioning and RTW
- Conduct therapy sessions following MHR program standards
- Implement CBT, MI, and problem-solving behavioral strategies
- Maintain communication with clinical staff for reportingRequirements:
- Registered Occupational Therapist with certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in Mental Health counseling
- Familiarity with CBT and MI methodologies
