As a permanent advisor, you will report to the Manager, Employee Experience & Wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include coordinating training, recognition programs, and health and safety initiatives. Collaborate with leaders and employees to ensure effective delivery of services that contribute to a positive employee experience at Parkland County.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs • Support health and safety initiatives across the organization • Manage training documentation and reporting • Organize events to enhance employee wellness • Maintain records and database systems effectively

Requirements: • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience required • Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources • Experience with Microsoft Office applications • Valid driver's license and clean abstract • Ability to work primarily in-person at the Parkland County Centre
